Before
requesting support make sure you carefully read the following:
- Check the FAQ and make sure your issue
isn't answered there.
- If you are evaluating the Free Trial version of ED and have
any questions at all please post them in our Pre-Sales Questions and Evaluation Software Downloads

- All ED Customers should visit our Forums
and see if you enquiry has been answered there. If not and it is an
issue of interest to other ED users please post your question in the
appropriate forum. Our Forums are our preferred method of
providing support.
- If your problem hasn't been resolved in steps 1, 2 or 3 above contact edsupport@getsoft.com
Make sure you include your ED for Windows Serial Number, details of the
version of ED for Windows you are using, the version of Windows
and any hardware details you feel may be relevant.
For Version 4 customers your serial number was emailed to you.
For V3.x customers who have an Hard Copy version of ED4W your serial number is inside the
manual cover or it was emailed to you for the Electronic version.
We usually reply to all enquires very promptly. If you have
not received a reply within 1-2 business days please check your Spam Filters
or contact your System Administrator to verify your email is being
received correctly. Also verify that your "Reply To" address
is set correctly in your email program.Alternatively
use our new Private Messaging
system which doesn't suffer from the problems plagued by email.
We cannot guarantee to provide
